These Terms of Service govern your use of st-deploy, operated by Serbek Technologies, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

1. Service Description

st-deploy is an internal Kubernetes deployment dashboard for monitoring and managing cluster infrastructure. Access requires an account.

2. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Limitation of Liability

Serbek Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
